Caciotta is considered to be the mother of all cheeses, the starting point. It is also an excellent communal cheese that is a key element on every table, served on a rustic cutting board with a little fruit and honey.

Smoked Caciotta

Soft, light and slightly sweet cheese with a pleasant smoked taste. A real speciality on the market.

These cheeses are not yet very common in our country. But they are very special and exciting cheeses. Caicotta is considered to be the mother of all cheeses, while Ricotta is one of the favourite ingredients of Italian cuisine.
