The most important feature of our ZILDA A2 milk is that it comes exclusively from cows that produce only A2 type β-casein protein – meaning it contains no A1 β-casein. This small but biologically significant difference in the amino acid sequence may improve digestibility, reduce inflammatory responses, and lower the occurrence of certain digestive discomforts.
