Makrom Ltd. was founded in 1992.
Our main objective is the promotion and dissemination of A2 milk and its products, which are a curiosity on the food market, to the Hungarian consumers.
As far as the structure of the farm is concerned, our aim is to ensure that our dairy cattle consume our feed from our own controlled production. Through guaranteed GMO-free feed we can ensure GMO-free milk and a range of premium quality products.

From farm to table
In order to produce quality milk, we must also grow our crops in quality farmland, using the most modern machinery available today. That's why our company has submitted several tenders to purchase state-of-the-art equipment.
On our fields we grow maize, wheat, rye, lucerne, sorghum and grasses, all of which are part of the daily feed for our animals. Rye, alfalfa and silage maize are fermented in silage silos and stored in this way throughout the year to feed our animals silage and hay.
We believe that animal welfare is key for the production of extra quality milk.
Happy cow, quality product
We try to meet all the needs of our cows with the feed we produce. The feed is delivered by a self-propelled feeding trolley. At Makrom, unfortunately, the cows have other obligations than just eating.
They all need to rest comfortably to be able to produce the delicious milk in peace, and for this purpose the girls have been given soft and fluffy waterbeds, and fans provide fresh air in hot weather. They have the opportunity for daily massages, using massage rollers in the stalls, and every six months they have to have a thorough nail trim.
We only process A2 milk in our dairy, so all ZILDA products are guaranteed to be made from value-added raw materials.
Non-GMO A2A2 milk
We currently have 450 Holstein-Friesian milking cows and their offsprings, totalling 1000 cattle.The animals are separated by age groups: we have a nursery, a kindergarten and separate stables for the youngsters. Cows that have already given birth are housed in the largest barn.
From this stall, the animals go twice a day for milking, during which they can listen to classical music.Our milk is of extra high quality, meeting the requirements for GMO-free milk from the very beginning, with national and international accreditation. Some of our cows have A2A2 genetics, so they already produce the "original milk".
